Where does the yacht depart from? Do you offer hotel transfers?
We are based in Bebek; the departure point is agreed according to your plans. Return transfers between your hotel and the pier can be arranged on request.
How do I book, and is a deposit required?
Just send us your date and number of guests on WhatsApp or by phone. A deposit of usually 30% of the total confirms your booking; the balance is paid before the cruise by cash, credit card or bank transfer.
How much does a private yacht cost in Istanbul?
The price depends on the date, cruise duration, number of guests and the menu and extras you choose. Send us your date and group size on WhatsApp or call +90 505 776 34 87 and we will prepare a tailored quote. Prices are given in Euro or USD.
What is your cancellation and bad-weather policy?
Cancellations more than 7 days before departure receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations 3–7 days before are charged 50% of the total, and less than 72 hours before or no-shows are charged in full. If the captain decides weather or sea conditions are unsafe, the cruise is rescheduled or fully refunded.
